Looks like it's next to the service staff's supply room. Those big white areas are usually service areas [where they keep the carts they use, supplies, etc] or galleys. Since this deck is between two passenger decks, it should be OK, though you might get some noise from inside the supply room at times - mostly during the day.

You will be fine. I doubt you'll hear much noise being next to their supply rooms.

It's actually a good location because you're not far from the aft elevators, yet are closer to mid ship.

The aft elevators will be convenient as you will have closer access to the dance club on the Promenade deck, the snack bar on the Lido, and also the Aft Dining room....good choice of cabin!
